How it Works

How to Sell Products or Services on Siuhuu:

  • Step 1: sign up Sign up
  • Get started by creating a free account.
  • Sign up using either your facebook, google account, or create a new account.
  • Step 2:edit profile Edit Profile
  • Fill out the required fields with your information
  • Step 3: payout details Enter Payout Details
  • Stripe & Afterpay: Enter the bank account information where you will receive your payment.
  • Once verified, Afterpay will automatically become one of your payment options. Please ensure that you use an account that has not been previously linked to your own business Afterpay account, and refrain from using a savings account if you wish to make Afterpay available in your store.
  • PayPal: Link your PayPal account, if you have one
  • If you have both Stripe and PayPal, you can utilize both to provide your customers with a wider range of payment choices. However, it's not mandatory to use both; you can opt for either one if you don't have both options available.
  • Step 4: add listing Add New Listings
  • Start listing your products or services by clicking on the 'Add New Listings' or the plus + button, and fill out all the relevant fields according to your products or services.
  • Shipping
  • If you do delivery, please be sure to include the shipping fee for local delivery, as well as for international delivery if you offer international shipping.
  • Currency
  • Siuhuu displays prices in Australian Dollars. Please be aware that when you specify your pricing, it will be in Australian Dollars. However, customers can view your prices in their local currency by using the currency selector tool available on Siuhuu.
  • How to Buy Products or Book Services on Siuhuu:

    • 1. Sign Up: Create a Siuhuu account with your details and verify it.
    • 2. Browse: Search for the product or services you want or explore categories.
    • 3. Add to Cart: Add chosen items to your cart. You can only add more than one items from one store at a time.
    • 4. Checkout: Provide shipping info, choose payment method, and confirm the order.
    • For services: Select the dates and confirm your booking
    • 5. Track Order: Track your order with the tracking number provided by the seller.
    • 6. Receive and Review: Inspect the received products, mark the order received, and leave a review if satisfied to support the store.
    • For services: Once service is complete, leave a review if satisified to support the business
    • 7. Customer Support: Contact customer support for issues or concerns.
    • Always ensure the security of your personal and financial information while shopping online.

    Payment Transaction Process

    • 1. Customer makes a purchase.
    • 2. Payment is securely held by Stripe or PayPal.
    • 3. The seller has 5 days to confirm shipment; otherwise, the order will be canceled, and funds will be refunded to the customer.
    • 4. After shipping, customers have 4 days for domestic orders and 14 days for international orders to confirm receipt. If no confirmation occurs by the specified time, the order is automatically marked as received, and funds are transferred to the seller.
    • 5. Stripe and PayPal typically take around 7 days to transfer funds from the Stripe balance to the seller's bank account.
